We Are Seeking Advisors To Be Class Act Charity Sponsors
ADVISOR FOR CHARITY
Advisors consist of ten to sixteen people that serve as Judges on a Review Panel. They are hand-picked based on diversity in scope, areas of interest, geographical experience, stand out characteristics, qualities, the ability to add knowledge, excitement, and skills to the reviewing process.
Advisors help the events current and future success by monitoring the agenda, targeted goals, and activities.
Here Is How
Donate Money $40
The Advisor’s personal charitable donation.
Donate $30 For Canned Goods
Option of $18 Donation or 24 Canned Good
Deadline for Canned Good Donation is Saturday, October 14th
Benefit Dinner $40

The Attire is Mandatory Black, White, or Black and White Semi Formal, or Formal. It is imperative that the Class Act Sponsors and Donors are well dressed and professional.

Policy Payment, Refund, Tardy, Cancellation, No Show
All Payments Are received as Donations and are Nonrefundable and Nontransferable, as they are used to Promote and Support Charity. Showing up late, Cancelling, or Not Showing to rehearsals or the event causes a huge hindrance and compromise to the events success. We ask participants to have integrity, if you agree to participate. Please follow through. We spend hours planning, promoting and advertising.
Preparation and Timeliness is vital allowing the advisors to better assist with the events success by being focused, and judging independently, and fairly. We have a short guide that is an overview to help prepare you to better understand the event, it’s goals, and your role.
